Rabbit wire also known as tanglefoot wire is voluminous wire having high protective properties. Bob wire has been used by corps for many years for construction of insurmountable obstacles which are hard barely visible at the same time. Efficiency of tanglefoot is proved by years of their application by personnel for security of state border's sectors and the perimeter of defense installations. Nowadays rabbit wire is also used for protection of many civil objects.
Use: This is a kind of volume fence. It is made of 0.5-0.9 mm metal wire wound into a loop (steel wire according to GOST 7372-79).
The wire mesh can effectively block the path of infantry and vehicles (wheeled and tracked). You can't get out of a metal ring on your own.
The enemy could not enter his territory, as if he were trapped. The wire is wrapped around the wheel or track base to prevent the chassis from rotating.

production process:
Secure the start of the 0.9 mm wire to one of the tubes at the start of a row.Lay a row of ramps in the correct direction, then return in the opposite direction following the pattern of laying the ramps to close the row of ramps. Rewind the start of the wire secured to the tube (secured by winding) onto the last turn of the closed ramp. Do not cut the wire at the end of the row! Each row is braided with a single wire along all 20 layers!
